What We’re Doing

Welcome to our NCAA Totals betting article.  As your author, I want you to get to know me and the process I have been building.  As a degenerate gambler and an avid Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) lover, I have been working on a process to live by for NCAA Basketball totals.  I have been playing DFS for nearly a decade now, mostly for the NFL, but I will also dabble in other sports.  Make sure to follow me on X (@trevors_FF) for my DFS takes, but today is all about the best plays in college basketball.

The Model

Once Football season ended last year, I found myself yearning for a good product and tool to bet on something.  As I began searching and dialing in different formulas, I found one that I have settled into and has worked quite well.  Last season, the model hit at a 60% clip between February through the end of March Madness.  Since starting it back up again this season, around mid-January, it has been hitting at a 56% clip.  I am confident enough in this model that I am ready to pass along the plays for free to our readers at Bite-Size Sports!

Recap

It’s been a few days since I have released an article as I enjoyed a short trip to Chi-town last week.  I appreciate all of those who have been following along via twitter and discord!  We got back into this past weekend and every single game was posted via the Bite-Size Sports Discord.  If you haven’t joined yet you need to!

Since we have been here, including our last article, I have shared a total of 82 plays.  13 of those were Play of the Days.  During this time, we went overall 37 – 45, which was less than ideal, for sure.  For POTDs during this time, we went 8-5, which continues to be the best plays we can find!  Overall, we went down 8 units over the last week.  It’s been a tough week, but before this week, we still won 61%, and most of the past week’s loss was a terrible day on March 2nd. It’s also good to remind ourselves that we are up 24 units since the beginning. Bad days will come and go, but the model is consistent.  If you don’t like playing the volume, you can always stick to the POTD, which we are hitting at a nice 69% of the time.

Year to Date

I am going to track our picks year to date from the date we started sharing an article (Feb 19th) which included Feb 18th plays as well.

POTD – 20-9 69%

All Plays – 129 – 104 55%
