The Carolina Panthers have sent defensive end Brian Burns to the New York Giants for two draft picks.

Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport report that Burns has agreed to a five-year, $150M deal, with $87.5M guaranteed.

The Panthers recieved a second and fifth round pick in the deal.
