Demolition Fight Team’s Dylan Budka was named the Professional Fighter of the Year by Ohio MMA News.
2023 was a great year in the octagon for Dylan Budka. The 23-year-old has earned a spot on the UFC roster, stemming from his victory over Chad Hanekom at Dana White’s Contender Series.
‘The Mindless Hulk’ went 3-1 in 2023 and finished the year as the 38th-ranked middleweight in the United States (6th in the MidWest). He’s also the 12th-ranked heavyweight in the US (2nd in the MidWest).
As we enter 2024, Budka has entered the top 150 in the World at middleweight, currently ranked 111th. Although his sights are set on locking in his first UFC bout, Budka has one more victory to celebrate in 2023.

Ohio MMA News announced the winners of their awards on January 2nd, 2024. Budka won the Professional Fighter of the Year Award.
The Baltimore native is already refocused on his next goal, predicting that his first UFC fight will take place by May 2024.
